There have been a lot of changes that have happened this year.

With us running the tours instead of Kym and Adona, there will be some things that we do differently, although we are trying to keep things as similar as possible for you. However, because of Covid-19, I thought I should mention a number of them to you.

The first change you’ll notice is that all seating must now be allocated. That means that before you hop on the coach we have to allocate you a spot, and you need to stay in that seat for the day. On holidays we are allowed to rotate seating positions each day, but these need to be pre-arranged, and you’ll still be sitting in front of, behind, and next to the same people.

Only friends, family and travel companions are permitted to sit next to each other on the coach. This brings up a really important point – if you are travelling with a friend please let us know, as we need to make sure we allocate your seats together. Once seats are allocated we are not allowed to change things around.

Another change involves the coach toilet. Unfortunately, we will only be able to use the toilet in an emergency as it is required to be completely sanitised between uses. So we are planning plenty of comfort stops instead.

Morning teas will be a little different, too. Biscuits need to be packaged in single servings, tea, coffee and sugar must be in single serving sachets, and cups must be disposable. We are doing our best to make sure that our morning teas are interesting and enjoyable.

There are a lot of changes that you won’t see – these are the things in the background that we are doing to make sure our tours are clean and healthy. For example, each evening the coach is fully sanitised, plus during the day we have sanitising procedures as well. It’s all part of not only meeting the government requirements, but also the more intensive Covid Clean Accreditation that we maintain.

If you have any questions about these changes please give us a call – we are always happy to chat.
