Port Lincoln is a spectacular harbour city. Located on Boston Bay, it is an important shipping port, and hosts a huge and successful fishing fleet. It also features a magnificent backdrop of hills – a very pretty location. So clearly it’s a great spot for a holiday, especially when teamed with the ferry across Spencer Gulf.

This holiday starts with a journey to Wallaroo where we hop on board the Spencer Gulf Ferry. This means we can comfortably travel to Port Lincoln in one day, and the ferry provides the perfect break to our road travel.

Port Lincoln offers a wealth of great experiences.

We cruise Boston Bay and see the aquaculture industry. We enjoy a lunch of locally caught fish at the Fresh Fish Place. We explore the incredibly beautiful Coffin Bay, and cruise the still waters here to the famous oyster farms.

There’s lots more we do on this trip, but for that you really want to read the full itinerary. We have one combined departure available – for everyone including South Coast and Adelaide residents – and it’s travelling from October 23 to 27.

However, this trip is always very popular so I would recommend reading the itinerary and getting in touch straight away!
