Join us for a serene March day tour as we welcome autumn with a visit to the expansive Virginia Nursery.
Explore this gardener’s paradise, filled with an impressive selection of plants, from native flora to exotic species, all thriving under the careful attention of horticultural experts. You will also have the opportunity to visit Stella’s home and gift shop, where you will find a stylish selection of home decor, giftware, and kitchenware.
After wandering through the inspiring display gardens and perhaps picking up a few plants and gardening tips, we’ll continue to the St Kilda Hotel for a leisurely lunch in its inviting atmosphere.
This day promises a delightful blend of natural beauty and culinary pleasure, perfectly timed to experience the gentle shift into autumn
Pick-up locations and times for March:
- 8.00am – Seachange Village, Gardiner Street Goolwa
- 8.02am – Goolwa Ampol, Cadell Street Goolwa
- 8.05am – Goolwa Stratco, Hutchinson Street Goolwa
- 8.10am – Thornbury Park, Willmett Road Goolwa Beach
- 8.20am – Bus stop 12, Middleton
- 8.30am – Elliot Gardens, Montpelier Terrace Port Elliot
- 8.35am – Bus stop 7, Hayborough
- 8.40am – Bus stop 1, Stuart Street, Victor Harbor
- 8.45am – Bus stop 4, Rosetta Village, Maude Street Encounter Bay
- 9.30am – McLaren Vale Lodge, McLaren Vale (Thursday 20 March only)
We expect to start set-downs in Encounter Bay at approximately 4:30pm, finishing in Goolwa around 5:15pm. McLaren Vale set down will be approximately 3.45pm.
