Are you looking for a great holiday that’s not too big a distance from Adelaide? This holiday will have you a world away without travelling far!
To many South Australians, Yorke Peninsula is a special place with lots of memories. Different spots may have been the location for a family holiday, a favourite fishing spot, or just a great place to relax.
Over the years we ran tours exploring the top of the Peninsula and others exploring the ‘toe’. Recently we decided that it would be great to explore the entire Peninsula, and the Yorke Peninsula Explorer was born.
This tour has two bases: we spend two nights at Kadina at the top of the Peninsula to allow relaxed touring of the Copper Coast, before relocating to Edithburgh at the bottom of the Peninsula for another two nights. By staying at Edithburgh we can visit the amazing scenery of Innes National Park at the tip of the Peninsula – some of SA’s best coastal scenery!
All in all it’s a great five-day escape, travelling from the 1st to the 5th of October. Take time to read the detailed itinerary, available by clicking here.
