A FREE Home Pick-Up and Return Service

Yes, it’s true – we come to your place to pick you up! You don’t need to travel to the bus station. And at the end of the day, we drop you right at your front door! This convenience makes travel with Endeavour Tours so easy and hassle-free. It’s part of the reason why well over 7000 passengers tour with us each year!

Plus, we pick everyone up quickly! On average, a customer is on the bus a little over 30 minutes before the tour begins. Many people really enjoy this short “tour-before-the-tour”, as we travel backstreets collecting people from their homes.

Our holidays include a full range from two to twenty days. We know South Australia extremely well, and have an amazing range of local holidays. If you prefer a longer touring holiday, we have tours to every state and territory of Australia. And every tour is operated by us, in our very special mini-coaches, by our superb tour drivers.

Many of our longer holidays include flights, usually one way. This means that you get to enjoy the journey, see everything there is to see, but you don’t have to travel the same highway twice. It takes the effort out of travelling. We also make sure that flying on an Endeavour holiday is hassle-free, and we help you through every step of the process.

Yes, our modern and luxurious mini-coaches are equipped with air conditioning, reclining seats, seat belts, handrail entry, ample legroom and large, panoramic windows so you won’t miss a thing. They are among the best of any tour company in South Australia.

There is always plenty of room in the luggage compartments for mobility aids and walkers, so you can have peace of mind knowing that when we are out of the coach, you’ll have your walker with you when you need it.

On Day Tours, we usually travel in groups of up to 20, sometimes just a few more. On Holiday Tours the very largest group size is 28 people, and most tours are even smaller than this, so forget about massive coaches with 50 or more people! Smaller group sizes make such a difference – they are much friendlier. You’ll get to know everyone on your tour, because you can’t get lost in the crowd – there isn’t a crowd to get lost in!

Smaller groups also make holidays hassle-free. Everything’s easier because the queues are never very long. It’s quick and easy to get on and off the coach, meals are served quickly, and that adds up to more time to enjoy the places we visit.

And small group sizes mean we can visit places that big groups can’t! Scenic back-roads are accessible, small parking areas are a breeze, and special places that can’t cater for 50, can cater for our smaller groups!

You’ll find there’s no better way to enjoy a day or holiday!

Holiday Tours are booked by the payment of a deposit. The size of the deposit can vary according to the tour, so please contact us on 8374 0800, or by email for full details.

To be fair to all passengers, it is our policy that seating positions will be rotated daily throughout Holiday Tours to ensure everyone gets the opportunity to sit in the best seats. Couples/travel companions will not be separated – in fact, we make sure that couples/travel companions can sit together.

Holiday Tours

To secure your booking, we make advance financial commitments to accommodation and other suppliers providing services for the tour. In order to meet our reasonable commitments to third parties, refunds for cancellation by you in any circumstance will be provided as follows:

  • More than 60 days before departure: Deposit withheld
  • 60 to 31 days before departure: Deposit withheld; %50 of balance withheld; 50% of balance held in credit
  • 30 days or less before departure: 100% of total amount withheld

Retained credit cannot be refunded or taken as cash. Cancelled bookings are non-transferrable. The discretion of Endeavour Tours in relation to cancellations and refunds applies at all times.

These cancellation fees and dates may vary by tour and any variance will be clearly stated on the tour itinerary.

If the tour is cancelled for any reason by Endeavour Tours, you will be offered the choice of full refund, transfer of funds to another tour or retention of funds in trust.

Day Tours

We do not charge cancellation fees for Day Tours and simply request that you provide as much advance notice as possible.

Most Day Tours depart at 10.00am after home pick-ups. Home pick-ups start at 8:45am at the very earliest. Day Tours return at approximately 4.30pm to begin setting people down at their homes. In winter, we have found that people like to get home a little earlier as it gets darker earlier, so we begin dropping people home a little earlier.

Please phone our office on 8374 0800 from 9am to 4pm one working day before your Day Tour to establish the time we will meet you for your tour.

For Holiday Tours please call us any time in the week leading up to your tour departing.

For Day Tours, you can pay by cash or cheque on the coach on the day, or by credit card over the phone beforehand. Sorry, there are no credit card facilities available on board the coach.

For Holiday Tours, you can pay by cheque, money order, direct bank transfer (please contact us for details), by visiting us at our office, or by credit card over the phone. Credit card payments however, attract a 1% surcharge (this is less than the rate charged to us by our bank).

Each time you take a holiday with Endeavour Tours you earn points towards a discount on another holiday with us! Every day you spend on holiday with us earns 125 Traveller’s Rewards Points, and just 750 points earns you a discount on your next tour!

We don’t guarantee website links or policy of authorised third parties.

We collect your Personal Information for the primary purpose of providing our services to you, providing information to our clients and marketing. We may also use your Personal Information for secondary purposes closely related to the primary purpose, in circumstances where you would reasonably expect such use or disclosure. You may unsubscribe from our mailing/marketing lists at any time by contacting us in writing.

When we collect Personal Information we will, where appropriate and where possible, explain to you why we are collecting the information and how we plan to use it.

Sensitive Information

Sensitive information is defined in the Privacy Act to include information or opinion about such things as an individual’s racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, membership of a political association, religious or philosophical beliefs, membership of a trade union or other professional body, criminal record or health information.

Sensitive information will be used by us only:

  • For the primary purpose for which it was obtained
  • For a secondary purpose that is directly related to the primary purpose

Where reasonable and practicable to do so, we will collect your Personal Information only from you. However, in some circumstances we may be provided with information by third parties. In such a case we will take reasonable steps to ensure that you are made aware of the information provided to us by the third party.

Security of Personal Information

Your Personal Information is stored in a manner that reasonably protects it from misuse and loss and from unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. Where credit card details are stored, they are done so using systems that are PCI DSS compliant.

When your Personal Information is no longer needed for the purpose for which it was obtained, we will take reasonable steps to destroy or permanently de-identify your Personal Information. However, most of the Personal Information is or will be stored in client files which will be kept by us for a minimum of 7 years.

Access to your Personal Information

You may access the Personal Information we hold about you and to update and/or correct it, subject to certain exceptions. If you wish to access your Personal Information, please contact us in writing.

Endeavour Tours will not charge any fee for your access request but may charge an administrative fee for providing a copy of your Personal Information.

In order to protect your Personal Information, we may require identification from you before releasing the requested information.

Maintaining the Quality of your Personal Information

It is an important to us that your Personal Information is up to date. We  will  take reasonable steps to make sure that your Personal Information is accurate, complete and up-to-date. If you find that the information we have is not up to date or is inaccurate, please advise us as soon as practicable so we can update our records and ensure we can continue to provide quality services to you.
